Kids, don't gamble.Texas A&M vs. Oklahoma
If the Ags wind up with five losses, does that surprise anyone ... really? Texas A&M is like the Mitch Moreland of college football. Oklahoma's going to blow their doors off.
Texas Tech vs. Texas
I dare you to place a wager on this game. Who's going to show up? I would think Tech has the advantage as they are a tad older and I think Seth Doege is the better quarterback. Still, there's the inexplicability of both teams to blow an easy game or win a contest they have no business being in. Remember, this means a lot more to Tech than it does Texas.
Kansas State vs. Oklahoma State
A standard might set here. If there's a team that could give the Cowboys fits, it's the Wildcats with their ability to run and hold the ball and play a little defense. There's a definite possibility that the Cowboys win by 50.
Tulane vs. SMU
SMU needs to stacking some wins together. What happened to their offense? Ten points in last eight quarters. Maybe the idea of getting Garrett Gilbert has them in a tizzy.
TCU vs. Wyoming
How boring. The TCU's "rebuilding" year has them at 6-2 with the very real possibility of nine or 10 wins and a top 20 spot. It's good to be good. One day they'll get a little respect.
Missouri vs. Baylor
All three Baylor losses have come against ranked teams, including K-State before we knew just how good (or bad) they really were. I think Robert Griffin goes crazy at home as the Bears reach bowl eligibility.
Kansas vs. Iowa State
Labeling the Cyclones as 4-4 is perfect. They've also played a killer schedule. They'll get five wins again and go to some December bowl game.
SFA vs. Lamar
SFA's got a legit shot at turning their season around a little. A favorable schedule could put them around five or six wins. You wonder if they're figured some things out lately.
